Thunder Dust. Simple pegasus stallion. working at Weather Factory, as specialist in storms and bigger masses of clouds. Skilled in controlling and managing thunderstorms. (special talent is skill in cloud creation and manipulation, especially discharging lightning from cloud charged by himself, prankster in school.) Rather strict with his job, but can be really lazy when not at work. is horrible at telling jokes, and hates parties and masses of ponies. Loves slow soaring above clouds or fast diving along mountain slopes. Rather normal physical strength, rather fit, has strong pegasus magic, which is what gives him such control over clouds. I made a mistake in CM. There should also be a gear over this cloud. It got cowered as I messed up layers.

He is friend with Night Watch (still not drawn), as they met flying over clouds at night. And they once scared off pack of wild, scared <*****>(unsure what common wild animal use, wolves are a bit overused.) attacking small caravan, using hastily made thunder cloud.
